In order to further improve the consistency of the fit between the bearing and the bearing housing, FK has developed and launched the domestic first automatic production line of assembly, detection and packaging, which has realized the whole process of automatic assembly of the bearing and the bearing housing, automatic detection of the fit torque, automatic plastic sealing, automatic box loading.

At present, FK has adopted this full-automatic production on some UCP insert bearing. The main appearance differences between the products produced by the full-automatic production line and the products produced by the manual line are as follows:
1. The matching torque of the bearing and bearing housing is fully inspected and controlled within the limit.
2. The fit of bearing and bearing housing is more regular and consistent.
3. The appearance adopts white transparent plastic film, which is sealed and closely surrounds the bearing unit to provide effective protection.
4. It is convenient for users who are used to filling grease before installation. The nozzle cap is not assembled on the nozzle and is placed in the carton together with the hexagonal wrench, which can be selected as needed.
