More than 57years production and research in the field of mounted ball bearing units has led to the development of spherical roller bearing units.
FK spherical roller bearing units are designed for application versatility, especially for situations where a high-capacity alignable bearing is needed or expansion or misalignment is possible. Housings are ruggedly designed and made with HT250 cast iron and spherical roller bearing inserts is one of the most popular types in the industry.
These bearings are completely assembled, sealed & lubricated at the factory so they are ready for use. The self-aligning feature provides for rapid mounting with a minimum of adjustment. The high strength HT250 cast iron housings are designed to be compact without sacrificing ruggedness.
FK spherical roller bearing units are available in two and four bolt Pillow Blocks, Square Flange, Piloted Flange and Take-up styles. All sizes and styles are available in both non-expansion and expansion types, sizes ranging from 1-7/16” to 4-15/16” and 40mm to 130mm. The expansion units have the capacity to move 0.1 inch. Both can handle misalignment up to +/- 1.5 degree.
FK spherical roller bearing units come with a specially designed triple-lip seal that helps retain lubrication while stopping and self-purging contaminants.
